One of my friend is having gapping of latest 3 yrs and has done btech 12 yrs back.
After doing btech he worked 3 yrs in electrical and electronics company then he left the company for 3 yrs after again he worked 3 yrs on HR profile.Now from the past 3 yrs he is unemployed bcs of corona termination.
Can anyone suggest and provide referrals so that he will get the job.
He is ready to work as a fresher.
Any Technical IT and non technical profile will work.
