Our rent increased less than 10% However we didnt get a notice.I asked the landlord about it and he said that a paper notice was served to us. I said we never received it so i requested a copy of the notice. It has been 30 days, and they still have not produced proof that we were served notice. The landlord also said we were emailed a copy of the rent increase notice,so I asked for the original email to be forwarded to me to verify the date and time stamp of the email..nothing has been sent. WTF
