That’s a big red flag, and it’s exactly why I left my last company. They kept gradually piling more and more on me until I was doing the work of four people — and my salary was nowhere near what it should have been. Sounds to me like it’s time for you to explore other opportunities.
That’s a significant concern! It sounds like you’ve taken on a lot of additional responsibility without proper compensation. If you’re consistently handling more work without recognition or pay adjustments, it might be time to reassess your value within the company. Have you considered discussing this with your manager?
