P3 here. Got 3% hike in jan. Received a restructuring email yesterday but cannot see arrears any where mentioned in the email or in the letter. Are we supposed to get hike letter now or there is no arrear even after getting hike?

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

How competitive is this, and what should I negotiate for please? The written offer comes after verbal agreement.
