People that own investment properties, what kind of insurances are useful. Buying first one, and thinking if home owners insurance is really useful.

Just recently got into consulting after 5 years in industry as an Electrical Engineer but looking for firms that do more energy and infrastructure modernization work. Any firms really known for this?

Most of my bowls are currently all about lay-offs and long times in between client projects, regardless of industry/function. Am curious if we sustainability folks are feeling it as much as the rest of our businesses? I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period. This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending. What is the best way to stop paying PMI since since I should be at 20% equity?

Any downside to buying a 1bed 170k starter house instead of paying 1.5k in rent for a couple of years? Living with parents and thinking of getting a new place post covid.

What's the best city in UK to buy a buy to let property, with best returns?

Hey everyone, curious about pros/cons and profitability of renting out a unit long term vs AirBnB. Let’s say it’s a condo downtown in a big city, how do you figure out what’s the better option?

How big is to big for an initial investment property. Theres a 20 SFH portfolio for sale by me for about a mil. Is this to big to start with initially? I'm less worried about the Financials (feel comfortable on that end) and more worried about the managerial aspect.
