After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

If that's seriously the going rate, I'd do it myself. Or buy the supplies and hire a handyman. That doesn't sound like much work at all.

Youtube and Google for the paint stuff. It's not that hard to figure out if you're just doing one wall (I'm about to paint 2 rooms myself and expect to spend about $100 on supplies with sale prices)
Best bet for handyman would be asking local friends/neighbors and your realtor.
There are also sites like task rabbit and I think thumbtack?
I've used this company twice, I've been pretty happy with them: https://www.chicago-painters.com/
Here's a handyman service that's pretty decent too: https://fixer.com
I will not pay more than 500. We got someone for 360 a day to paint the house. He painted 5 rooms and ceiling in 4 days
Recommendation from a local hardware store ( not a big box store). You can also check with local paint shop ( BM stores are usually locally owned)
I’m also getting quoted ridiculously high prices for closet doors. I’m in south Florida. Checked Home Depot and the most expensive door there is still a fraction of what they want to charge me (and they’re not offering the most expensive door). Sorry to highjack your post OP, but if anyone has any recommendations for me in my area, I’d really appreciate it.
I just painted an accent wall in an afternoon today for the cost of paint and supplies. I’d go your own on that unless you’re planning to paint more.
Nope not at all!
