How is it like working in consulting vs big tech vs government vs industry (as a non Cs person)

Working in a start-up and love having an impact on the product. Things have been too chaotic tho. Thinking of recruiting for a big tech company but not sure if it's for me- anyone willing to chat?

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.
