I'm aged 25, my CTC is 6 LPA as a Community Associate in a coworking space. I've seen people my age make more than I do. I just want to understand, what can I do to reach that level? For context, I worked as an executive HR for 1.3 years and working as a community Associate here for the past 1.9 years. I know Japanese (studied for 8 years) and certified till N3. I want to know, what fields can I explore with my limited experience.

I am moving to Bangalore the next weekend, by 17th July. Seems there is a slight increase in covid cases, would it be better to come now or should I ask my manager to come to office after some weeks once everything seems fine?
