I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). How do you get good at thinking on your feet? I find I always need time to think and analyse before being able to answer client queries (even those that are considered simple by others). I don't want to rush and get it wrong. I avoid phone calls for this reason which isn't great when you're in the service industry so it's starting to impact my career.

I had my L1 at Capgemini on 12th of August and I didn not hear back from them.
A few hours back I got an email from Capgemnini that my profile has been entered by the HR who had got in touch with me for the initial discussion for the role(not the recruiter).
I have called the recruiter and she does not have much knowledge except that my L1 was positive.
My LWD at my current organisation is 16th sep.
Is there anyone who has any knowledge?

This question is basically for the fishes who are working with wipro or if they know someone from the HR department. Need your suggestions. I joined Virtusa at 5 YOE at 14 LPA as a Senior Business Consultant. However another memeber in my team with the same designation, YOE and previous salary got 19 LPA. What are the possibile ways of getting a salary correction in Virtusa ? Or Does Virtusa follows the process that people on the same Designation should be paid equally ?
