I got offer from CTS 10L, HCL 10.5 and now I have another offer with 12L. With whom should I ask counter offer first to CTS or HCL. After asking will they revise my offer? Your suggestion please

Select a company from HCL and CTS, which you don't want to join and ask a hike.

Once they give the hike, go to the other company which you want to join and ask to revise their offer based on latest offer you hold from other company.

Note - Most probably they give revised letter, if you ask a fair amount. Don't go too big. Play safe around 20-30% hike of your current offer for each company. 14/15L for 1st and based on it +1/2L for 2nd company, if you want to play safe.

This is "Just my opinion". Rest is up to you.

If you are considering the 3rd Company only for package, think again and do your calculation. that 2Lakh will ho under 30% slab. and finally tge amount what you get in hand will be almost same. Monthly 2K-4K diff will be there.

I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
