MS Teams Tips:
1. Always prefer to ping someone and check their availability before calling them directly. If someone calls you directly ask them to ping you and check before calling directly.
2. For Groups in Teams, Prefer to mute the notifications, else they would continuously buzz and disturb you.
3. Don’t ping on a weekend or Holiday. If someone does the same, prefer not to reply.
4. Deliberately put the status as offline in teams every Friday evening.

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Finally hit my breaking point. Been nothing but irritable & pissed off these past few weeks. Coach asked me on Friday when I’ll be taking time off & I just broke down. I’m a top performer & a workhorse. I’ve put so much effort into making sure my team is okay I forgot about myself. Now I am buried in work, performance is dropping & I can’t stop crying randomly. I kept telling people I am drowning but no one was listening. Coach is leaning to tell everyone to backoff thankfully.

But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. I have only few more weeks to my LWD. I attended interview for 5 companies all cleared, but only 1 offer in hand, which I am not satisfied with. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. Do they come back or am I just waiting for nothing? My expectation is not out of the box too. Please suggest?

I received an offer from FIS Global, they met my salary expectations. I will be joining them. But in offer there is no mention of leave policy and number of leaves I am allowed to take.

When I call HR to get details about this they are not picking up my call. Is this mean I am not entitled for leaves?
