Posting about HCLTech to share my onboarding experience. I completed training (Sept 2025), assessment (Sept 2025), and BGV (Nov 2025). On Dec 24, I was told onboarding is in progress. On Feb 9, 2026, I even got a call to confirm my interest, which I did, but still no DOJ update. Has anyone faced similar delays? Any suggestions on how to get clarity?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?
