If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Our 3 yo will sit on toilet only if we take him to it and sit him on there. We are trying to break the habit by abandoning the diaper altogether.
Wife thinks we should take him to potty every 20-30 minutes until he does it himself. I think we should let him be and spoil for a few times or a few days until he realizes he doesn’t like it and go there himself.
What’s the right way to do it?
I don’t know if there is one correct approach, but we did what your wife is suggesting and our child got the hang of it in about a week. We trained him at 2.5yo though so maybe a little easier than 3yo, where they have their own opinions of what they want to do and when.
We got him to say “potty” each time he felt he needed to go, bought a few books and showed him the Daniel Tiger episode to coach him.
Three months on, he still has the odd (small) accident, but let’s us know when he wants the potty 90% of the time, and can hold it in for about 2 hrs if we’re out someplace.
Basically transition to no diapers, ensure you have a low, accessible toilet for him and have him wear pants/shorts he can take off himself. Explain the overall process to him (“you need to go to the toilet when you have to pee, mom and dad won’t take you unless you need help”).
Be prepared for a few accidents but eventually he will figure out that he doesn’t want to poop in his pants :) good luck! My daughter was potty trained by age 2 with this approach fwiw. She is 2.5 now and still will have the occasional accident but mostly only at night.
