30K makes a huge difference for me, so no. Like WT1 said, unless you're overpaid currently and the experience matters more to you than the comp, then don't go for it.
I can only imagine what the work is to take that much of a cut for it. Being interested in your work is huge. I’d be open to considering it, but there would have to be a solid path to move up there, too.

What's the actual role difference, and can you negotiate them up at all? Sometimes "dream company" prestige translates to better exit opportunities that recoup the loss.
