Has anyone recently off boarded? I’m about to put my two weeks (three weeks since I’m taking a week off) and would love to hear how the experience was. Leaving for FANG so not a competitor

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig?
