Gave interview at LTI in October. They came back last week mentioning that I have cleared the first round.

Why are these guys so slow?

Hello. Need some advice on the salary range I should be seeking for a Student Recruiter position at a non-profit in nyc. I have 3.5 years of experience mainly in project management. Is 75K too high?

I’m getting put up for manager a year early. I have PPMD ,SM, and M support. Pretty much support from all the key individuals on my team and in my service line. Since it is a year early if i don’t get promoted this round I know it’ll come mid year but I do expect a good salary increase still without the promo. If I don’t get the promo nor a salary increase that I’m okay with, how do I let my partner know that I will begin to entertain outside offers? some of which have offered the manager role.

What social media platforms are you using? General age would be helpful too.

Even without LinkedIn, I see a lot of people younger than me in much better roles. They started off with relevant jobs right out of college. I graduated in 2009 when the economy tanked and worked in retail for years before I was finally able to land in corporate. Does anybody else struggle with this as well? I’m constantly comparing myself to others who are younger than me.

What are the key skills required to transition to digital? I’m looking to make the move
