I don’t understand the whole “scam” issue, nor why anyone at this point in time would deliberately seek out anything “teacup,” especially for purchase, but I believe that Chesed Rescue just brought in a large group of littles, many Maltese or Maltese-mixed.

For me it’s the “teacup” that’s triggering - no reputable breeder would deliberately breed a dog for that size.

Anything “teacup” is unhealthy and anyone who would breed this is not responsible. Suggest you try Petfinder.com to find a healthy dog that fits your lifestyle, and consider qualities like friendliness to children, getting along with other dogs, exercise needs, grooming requirement etc rather than getting a dog based on an impossible vanity standard.

I don’t think you’ll find a lot of people connected with breeders here. Maybe shelters. Good luck on your search and check the local shelters. You never know! You might meet your soul dog at one.

Just finishing my first week in as an audit intern and genuinely I have no idea what I'm doing or even a general idea of the audit process. The senior associate left the engagement last week so it's just me and an associate, and they don't have time to give me instruction.

Need some advice. My pet had been eating his kebble food on a consistent basis. Then I introduced a bit of raw chicken into his kebble and loved having it even more. Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. Our dog has been acting out ever since we brought home our newborn and also bit our groomer. Trainer has me terrified that the dog will hurt the baby but my heart is breaking that I can’t give any “love” to my dog right now. Any similar experiences or thoughts?
