You can start working on the firm with DHL/FedEx package picked up and courier receipt#. But ideally people wait till that gets delivered at uscis.
Now a days, premium processing invites higher RFE chances. So, regular transfer are preferred now a days. In Regular processing Uscis Receipt# sharing takes 1+ months .... But if you have 5/6 months in hand post offer receipt and have no desperation, it is recommended to wait till H1B approval and get the filing down in premium processing.
PwC provides 200% support for RFE. Worst case if 2nd RFE comes and case gets rejected, PwC refiles the case within 60 days grace period post rejection, so you donât have to leave US. Even if you go out of the country, PwC still refiles and does the best to support your case.
You are eligible to join on receipt. However, itâs risky in the current scenario
Thatâs true :-/ But does PwC have a cadence they follow? I mean even if there is a RFE on the transfer, it can still be addressed with evidence right?
Wow this is so helpful. Thanks M1. This is very encouraging. I have actually a need to move very quickly and the recruiting team takes so long to get back - it is nerve racking. And then somebody mentioned what I stated above. So I freaked out. If they offer it, my preference will be to start working on USCIS receipt. I had thought it was 3 weeks but I guess it makes sense that it could take up to a month. *sigh* Itâs a scary time we are living in.
Hate to say this. But I donât believe the support is 200%. Itâs probably case by case basis. Iâm not having a very pleasant experience
PwC1 - Can you please give me some more details? Are they not timely in addressing the RFEs (if and when they come up)? Or is the quality of evidence? What is the problem with your situation? I just want to make sure Iâm prepared for anything. To be honest, Iâm not in a good situation and I have cleared the first round of interviews and am really banking on this to go well for me. So any details would help.
@IBM OP: I am in the same situation
@IBM OP: Did you end up receiving an offer and joining PwC?
