Rampant opportunism. Regionalism. Even High Exists are now common, one caste is controlling the scene in the Chennai office.
There is no roadmap on where the product is going. They just open the webpage of competitors and copy from their features directly.
If you ask too many questions and criticise the product or management you will be targeted.
Overall G misses his spot and doesn't know where the company is going with different products with no unique strategy.

When there are other opportunities, why do you have to steep yourself in this stress.

Moreover, they will make believe that it is performance based. I participated marathons, botathons, and all their internal events and got much recognition but was laid off with no reason. Except for that I am an outsider. Even others in my team who were outside their region were chucked. The same has happened in other departments too. If you thought you are South Indian, you are saved it is wrong. It is not enough you are from South, you need to be from a caste or from TN.

They are focusing on profit right now. But how? By laying off employees and cutting down on their appraisals. Forcing their employees to sell products that doesn’t even work properly.
