Is WFH really ever going to end? I see the benefits of in-person at times, but does it really out weigh remote? As an industry we’ve done it almost two years! How likely is it places that are going to tentatively be hybrid actually follow through?

Ok, I haven’t done an HSA previously, but considering it for my family during this next open enrollment. What do I need to know about high deductible plans? How do y’all feel about the HSA - any downsides? I’m honestly a little worried about the higher OOP costs, but we’re also not significant users/consumers of healthcare, knock on wood. Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does.
