Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

BBDO NY is pushing for 3 *assigned* days starting next week and “full return” next year. Seems a bit tone deaf. 🤷🏼♀️
We haven’t done anything yet but they’ve made an announcement that we’ll be hybrid. But not “do what works best for you” hybrid. More like “you must be in x days per week” hybrid. The company line is for the last two years (our best ever) we’ve thrived DESPITE WFH. I have a hard time following the logic.
I think in the next 5 years it’s going to change drastically. It’s going to be used as a way to bring in top talent to agencies that otherwise wouldn’t be able to get them. As much as agencies want to say “we’ve listened to our employees and created a model that fits best with everyone” we all know that’s complete BS. Majority people want to keep WFH, and the companies that let people choose where and how they want to work, whether in office or in Antarctica, are going to see greater employee retention and talent come their way. I think the only places that can keep employees in office 5days a week are going to be the top agencies with reputations of greatness, which is only a handful.
Of course we’re going back
That’s fine. It’s not a bad decision if it’s a good decision for you and your family.
