Management is unprofessional and narcissistic, creating a toxic work culture. The outlets are severely understaffed, yet no new hires are made due to cash flow concerns. Workload is overwhelming with only two staff per outlet. SGD 400–500 is deducted monthly for limited staff meals. Think carefully before applying
