If you want work place loyalty, join a union! Employees are loyal to eachother and top management will never be loyal to you. Any signs of loyalty from a company is window dressing around not wanting you to quit.

If anyone works at a charter without a union, are teachers generally invited into the decision making process at your charter school? Does your school have leadership committees/teams with teacher representatives?
