Received a call from EY for workday HCM functional role. They are hiring for contract positions of two years.

I already have an offer which is permanent for mid-size company for the same role. So is it wise to try with EY contract position or I should ignore it and takeup the permanent position?

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.
