Recently being told that I'm on IAP/ PIP. Please answer these questions urgently I'm scared.
1. Do they fire immediately if I fail the IAP? or give option to resign on our own?
2. When does the IAP period start exactly?

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. Hello, I am a a23 year old who just graduated with a BA degree In Cyber Security. I have two years of cyber security experience that is mainly focused on vulnerability management and user awareness training. Did anyone attend L3 round in State Street. How this round is going to be?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
