How much is the salary for EY - manager - business consulting for mba tier 1 bschool graduate with 6,7 yrs of experience.

I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. I will lose the variable pay from Ford if join bofa in next 60 days. Pl advice if this a good offer considering market situation or should I negotiate @bankofamerica
