Recently laid off and I live in PA. I am thinking to file unemployment as sustaining in this inflation is not a joke. I had a few questions if you've firsthand exp in this matter:

-I have a Greencard. Will my filing unemployment benefit affect when/if I file for citizenship later?
-Does HHI matter? If for example my spouse earns a good 6-fig, would I still be eligible? Or they take HHI into account?
-How much is the benefit compensation?

Really regretting it now because I trusted his “discretionary bonus” and got screwed on comp (20% bonus despite good review - he doesn’t want to pay market). our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
