Recently cleared the interview process at Synechron for the HSBC client and am awaiting my offer letter. However, I am a bit concerned about the office location.

I stay in Wagholi, so the most suitable location for me would be EON IT Park, Kharadi, which is around 9 km from my place. I am worried they might assign me to a farther location like Phase 3, which would be very difficult to manage on a daily basis.

Has anyone here worked with Synechron for HSBC. Any insights would be really helpful.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.
