Recently resigned few weeks back and currently serving notice period with an offer.

Did I make any mistake resigning? The reasons for resignation are:

- I am getting only functional knowledge of the product which we are developing nothing technical
- very minimal hike < 6% from the past 2 years even though the rating is high
- Learning opportunities are there but not getting time due to project work.


Please let me know whether I did the right thing?

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. One EVP (not the GC) in particular has been aggressively texting/calling me on fridays. How Do I tactfully respond? My out-of-office email is not enough of a hint...
