Hi, I been working for Lloyds Bank for almost 9 years now , I recently attended a interview for Barclays and offered an Senior Business Analyst AVP role in Wealth and private banking area. I did not see much difference in the salary offered and it is pretty much same ie 68.5k.But the difference is current role is London based, however the Barclays one is based in Glasgow where cost of living is less in comparison. I am unable to decide whether to take the offer or not..any suggestions will be helpful pls.

Any advice for landing an assistant/associate editor role? Anyone know of shops looking to hire full time?

YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Hi All. I moved to a new company , I just got my take home salary and my current pay is less that previous pay ,because of different state and other taxes. My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? I went through two rounds of interviews for
a job that the posting stated $36.66 per
hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.
