I go to London every 2 weeks. Find a partner who does international, and align with him/her
Not really staffed but I was sent to over 10 countries to train people for a global client multiple times last few months. I think this one boils down to the relationship you build for global projects. For PwC at least, there is a group that handles staff interested in international assignments (Forgot the name). Otherwise, I'll be in the middle of Kentucky, which I was last week. Lol
@pwc1 if you think of the department name, please reply with it
I'm in M&A - so far every other project has required at least some international travel due to nature of MNC clients.
It's a cost thing. If your firm is global they don't have to fly you business class over if they already have people on the ground. That being said, get u.s. based companies looking to close intl ops
A friend @ACN left because she was being flown around the world every couple of weeks to train people I think workday implementation. The previous year she was in Detroit the whole time. I thought that was worse.
I tend to do international travel every couple of months.
I've been able to work internationally 4 times in the past year
