Does anyone or know of any finance professionals that have exited to go work in the music industry or entertainment? I studied Econ/Finance and Music (songwriting) in college so I’ve always been interested to see if there’s a possible transition over to the music industry later on. I really enjoy finance and banking but a part of me wants to know if the music business/clients/development is a possible exit opportunity when I’m older and have put in my time in finance. Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking for advice on what the best CRM platform is that has the best marketing capabilities but also integrates with Zendesk. We currently use Zoho, but it is seemingly impossible to design it the way we want our CRM/operations/marketing to work together and all the different apps is so confusing. TYIA!

I have about 1.5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, and prior to this, about 2 years of people management experience in a different industry. I’ve been offered a middle management position with company I’m currently at that requires me to manage 4 others below me, but is only offering a $5k salary increase - to $65k. How to handle working with someone who frustrates you immensely? I work with someone who is one level above me hierarchically and is an ultimate micromanager (not one agenda or recap can be without edits) and is rude about establishing that they have dominance.
