I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I see two paths here. You can potentially do both.
1. If you feel comfortable (and are able to calmly), have a transparent conversation with the “micro manager”. It can be more about how you always appreciate constructive feedback to improve but sometimes feel it can be overly critical. It may be this person is trying to help you, but they are not helping in the right way OR it could be they are nitpicking for competitive reasons.
2. If this person is not your direct manager, also have a conversation with your direct manager about the same thing. You noted you do really enjoy working with others as well as your clients. Make sure you emphasize that part, but this team member has been giving you beyond constructive feedback that it feels overly critical. Ask for advice on the best approach. Good managers want to hear your feedback and help you solve these problems. It’s always better to keep a good team member and coach up than have someone leave upset and have to re-hire.
