Right there with you. As far as I can tell, the biggest thing we're doing wrong is being on the job hunt in this market. The rejections are really getting old...

15 interviews?! At least you’re getting interviews. I’m not even getting to the interview stage at all.

SAME .. I see the email with the Unfortunately.

Why don’t you try to reassess yourself. Focus on what went wrong and not in what you made right 🫤 sometimes where just to complacent about the things we do and neglect on things that should be done. That’s why it is important to ask feedback or comment, for you to know where you need to improve 😉. Hoping you will receive a good-news one of this days.

Took me about 100 applications before I got an offer.. 4 YOE with CPA.. keep putting those applications in..

I had about a 10% rate of hearing back, then of those about 50% would get me an actual interview.

I was having trouble and revised my resume. Suddenly getting a lot more call backs. Might be worth trying to work with a recruiter you trust and have your resume reviewed to make sure it highlights your experience appropriately.

Yo same but I’m surprised it’s still happening lol

I feel your pain, I got laid off in October and despite having what I'm told is a brilliant CV I have only had a couple of interviews since the rest is radio silence

like

Same here. Phone interviews very few in person interviews. Then most you don't hear from again.

My resume is strong! I’m starting to think my experience isn’t relevant especially because I am trying to pivot into something new.

like

Same here...you're not alone!!! I finally was able to get a long term temporary assignment. Less than I was making before and zero perks/benefits. I am hoping things change. 38 years experience and I can't find a job!!!

It’s rough out there

like

Is your resume making it through and you are rejected after the interview or is your resume not getting attention?

Yes some of the requirements and salaries are strange. Like 10 years of experience for only 80k.

I have the same issue. Personally I think its because of my age.

How old are you?
