I have been away from NY for a good while and would like to know what’s the downside of living in Jersey City? Now that I am able to afford Manhattan, the price and space you get in JC is weirdly becoming appealing. Thoughts on the location? Will likely be working from home 3 to 4 days a week.

Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks. I was told by the director to not mention it to anyone but I figured if anyone knew I got one it’d be my boss.
