I’ve been at my company for 8 months. I just found out another designer who has been here for several years gets an annual bonus at the end of the fiscal year. I have never been told about a bonus and haven’t gotten one yet for the previous fiscal year that ended In July. What would you do if a coworker returned to the office 5 days after testing positive and did not wear a mask in the common area their second day back? Still within the 10 mask period per CDC. Office policy is to adhere to current CDC guidelines. The coworker moved to the back of the room approximately 7 feet away and laughed about it with the only other unvaccinated coworker. Coworker who tested positive also has a history of believing in conspiracy theories about Covid and the election.

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered.
