Remote work's been great for productivity, but I'm struggling with virtual meetings. Despite all the tips out there like this, I just can't replicate that in-person energy.

I'm losing focus, missing non-verbal cues, and feeling disconnected from my team. Anyone else experiencing this "Zoom fatigue"?

What are your tricks for keeping virtual meetings engaging? Do you use specific tools, icebreakers, or have a unique format that works? I'm all ears!

A long post: seeking some perspective. My husband of 2 years that I’ve been in a relationship with for more than 8 years just woke up one day and told me that he’s unhappy in our relationship. I’m devastated because he’s never expressed anything like this in the 8 years. He’s been super supportive and loving, even when we were in a long distance relationship.
