I’m not familiar with PWC levels, but you’re saying a senior consultant would be coming in as a grade 9 (director)? That doesn’t sound right.
Experience will be very engagement dependent. I’ve been in BS staff aug roles and I’ve been in large, transformational programs leading a big team.
Salary won’t be too negotiable: there is a relatively rigid band for base depending on level, your quarterly bonus is driven by base and KPIs, and you’ll get RSUs. Salesforce’s comp package was stronger than what I received from a few partners, when I came in as grade 7...with better WLB
Thanks for the info, i have 8 years of experience and the recruiter is currently interviewing me at either L8 and if qualified for L9 and i don’t think it is for director but more of Manager/Sr.Manager is how they want to assess
Is it for Industries or SF? Best way to know this is are you being hired in Blore or Hyd? Blore is primarily industries. Work would be typical of an architect in a service based company. Check if your JD requires you to travel (post covid). Senior technical consultants are paid between 21-25 LPA fixed. So you can probably ask for 30-35 LPA. Check glassdoor for a better estimate. That's how I negotiated a higher salary.
Thanks for the information Salesforce 2, no info is irrelevant 😀

Out of curiosity how many YOE do you have?

What is your TC at PwC as SC3?
How do you know if you are at l8 or l9? My offer letter doesn’t say anything about level It just says program architect and I am told it is a manager role.
Yes it’s official, in the sense that it’s your business title, grade level, and affects your compensation and responsibilities 😂
Check your org62 contact record and it will say very explicitly what grade you are
