Salesforce is notoriously all over the place with titles (both ways unfortunately). I’d anchor on comp first.
Also, tech is an interesting place, plenty of Sr. Directors make great money.

Calibrate on comp. Titles doesn’t matter.
I’m not an expert, but would say no. I have seen a SM exit to a VP role at SF. I would prob use the comp as a proxy for if it’s senior enough for you. SD isn’t very senior.
Trying to understand this myself. I am thinking Salesforce VP is in line with a mid tenure equity partner but could be wrong
