SAS Opening

I recently took up a Customer Success Manger role at a engineering software company. Previously I was a Project Manager at the same company but wanted to move out of my engineering services role. I primarily took this role hoping to get exposure to providing SaaS services as company is transitioning at software cloud. My long term goal is to move into tech as my current customers are mostly in O&G. Is customer success a good entry point go get into one for the big tech companies?

Current SC with ~3YOE looking for a jump to tech. Just wrapped up interviews with AWS non-tech role slotted at L4. Current base is $115k. Can anyone provide insight into the band for L4 at AWS? I gave 3 rounds at sas R&D, 3rd round was final round which was just normal talk about company culture , work culture etc. But after that i didn't hear anything from HR, is this how this company behaves? Although they were very quick in scheduling Frist Second and third round but didn't hear anything back from them, even i tried to call and message but no reply
