Hi, I wondering if anyone has thoughts on how I can negotiate to be put into the analyst rotation programme as a lateral hire. I have an offer for a A2 position at a elite boutique but as a lateral hire I will not be placed into their 3 year analyst rotation programme. Any recommendations on how to approach a negotiation to be part of the rotation?

I’m a 9th year in a mostly litigation-based practice group at a one-tier partnership firm. My group’s billable hours have been low the last few years, so making partner will be nearly impossible, and a counsel position is not viable long-term in my group. What’s the best option here if partnership is the ultimate goal? Try to get a NEP/counsel position at another firm, which is likely difficult in my market, or offer to take a class cut by a few years?

Been contracted for almost a year and I have all the experience for full time technician, I just can't afford the price of the tests. I gave 3 rounds at sas R&D, 3rd round was final round which was just normal talk about company culture , work culture etc. But after that i didn't hear anything from HR, is this how this company behaves? Although they were very quick in scheduling Frist Second and third round but didn't hear anything back from them, even i tried to call and message but no reply
