Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Work culture is not so good in this project, you need to work late and lot of work pressure. As the director and managers are mostly Indian, to make some brownie points, they set tight deadline for the release and then start grinding all the folks to complete the work before deadline. You will be constantly monitored for the performance and if you don’t perform as per their expectations you will be asked to leave. High salary means more accountability. You will be monitored for leaves as well. You need to take approvals for the leaves. They have cancelled year end leaves for many folks. Very bad work culture here in this project. Please do not join if you have offer from other company.

This is not which is starter after ‘with intelligence’ , it’s a green field project which just released beta version.
It’s okiest project but at the same time you will be on radar for performance. There is no probation so if you didn’t work as expected, they put on PIP and ask to leave.
