Seeking feedback for Private Market's Benchmark Data Factory under market intelligence.

How things are here that should be considered before joining and how much should be the ctc ask for .net full stack with 10 yoe if my current fixed ctc is 27 lpa.

Got to know this is a new project being developed after acquisition from "With Intelligence".

Not sure why they laid off people last year in MI, if this was coming, seems lack of clarity and vision in management

Work culture is not so good in this project, you need to work late and lot of work pressure. As the director and managers are mostly Indian, to make some brownie points, they set tight deadline for the release and then start grinding all the folks to complete the work before deadline. You will be constantly monitored for the performance and if you don’t perform as per their expectations you will be asked to leave. High salary means more accountability. You will be monitored for leaves as well. You need to take approvals for the leaves. They have cancelled year end leaves for many folks. Very bad work culture here in this project. Please do not join if you have offer from other company.

This is not which is starter after ‘with intelligence’ , it’s a green field project which just released beta version.
It’s okiest project but at the same time you will be on radar for performance. There is no probation so if you didn’t work as expected, they put on PIP and ask to leave.

Hi all,

My boss makes jokes about me being from a different country whenever there is a work meeting or a gathering with coworkers, even though he knows where I am from. This usually occurs when I meet new work-related people or for example if I am in a situation that involves ethnic related subjects.

What is this? This is normal?

Stereotyping?
Racism?

The first time I ignored that, but now it has become a pattern and is bothering me now. I am south-American working in the UK.

As the interview went well.

I have attended a managerial interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes. It also went well. I answered 90 to 95% of the questions.

How much time they will take to give the feedback as we have a long weekend now

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release.
