Do you ever rate your Lyft or Uber 3/4 stars? If so, what merits a low rating? My Lyft share ride is dirty, driver's seat fully backed up, complained about drop location & wants to stop at a bank.
That’s it...Lyft has absolutely terrible drivers. Driver has circled around twice around the airport cause he missed the turn. Switched over cause of Chase promotion, going back to Uber.
Has anyone here experienced unstable behavior from a rideshare driver & reported it and share their experience of follow up? Details below. Mainly want to know if Lyft will do anything
Uber or Lyft for rewards? Lyft is $5 credit after 5 rides, but I can’t figure out Uber’s rewards. I must use my firm’s standard-issue green Amex, but paid to retain points if that matters
Anyone think AMEX needs to up the platinum benefits to compete with CSR? Lyft Pink membership is very attractive, especially now that the airline gift card loophole is closed
Received a mail from chase sapphire card stating they are increasing the annual fee from $450 to $550 for 2 additional benefit, Lyft and Dashdoor, which I use neither. Any recommendations on card?
Anyone aware if smaller tech firms are planning on layoffs ex: Snap, Pinterest, Uber, Lyft, Airbnb, Spotify, Linkedin? I’m about to leave for one pretty soon and was concerned about being let go
Is Lyft a good example of why creativity is important? Seems like they came in with better branding, messaging, values. The product was the same, but likeability allowed them to compete. Yea?
Has anyone been in an accident with Lyft? It has been so frustrating dealing with medical bills (covered by Driver’s insurance of course). I’m also still feeling PTSD from my accident. What actions
Activated Lyft Pink with my CSR. How do you know you’re getting the 10% off? Prices look the exact same to me, even when comparing historical rides.
After waiting for 15 min, a Lyft arrived. I greeted the driver and confirmed if this is right cab. After 5 min the driver told me he will not take me to my destination. Did it happen to anyone else?
I have both sapphire reserve and Amex platinum. I use Amex for airfare & concierge & lounge access and reserve for hotel & dining & Lyft. Should I ditch one? The fees are both $550 now.
Anyone notice Lyft prices seem to be more expensive than Uber? In the past, Lyft was my go-to since it was usually slightly cheaper but I wonder if the partnership with Chase led to an increase?
How much do you usually talk during Lyft / Uber rides and how are your ratings? I’m not super chatty, but also don’t want to get dinged
What’s the laziest thing you’ve ever done while traveling? Me: taking a Lyft to the office 4 blocks from my hotel
