Why do annual revisions when you can just… skip them for 2 years?
But relax — it’s not a delay. It’s “alignment.”
Apparently that means employees grow and salaries don’t.

So new discussion is that July is fake date again given okay.
So in July they will announce that 2024-2025 hike is dumped.
In July they will say will announce 2025-2026 hike soon in NOV.
