Personally I think having an entire section of your resume dedicated to skills is a little superfluous. Your skills should be evident based on the roles you’ve had and the way you’ve described those roles.
I have 9 listed, but I find myself agreeing with VP 1. My only issue is I don’t know what to replace that section with.
I do try and include small skills I’ve learned on jobs that I don’t use every day such as blog writing, apparel design, and illustration.
Just don’t bore the reader with the obvious. I think your hiring manager has worked with enough project managers to know your skills may include strategic planning, problem solving, and customer service. With your title and experience, it should be a given.
