Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?
Asking as I am curious if my app will be flagged as I just applied to another role recently.EY-Parthenon

Totally agree! Shoutout to the behind-the-scenes crew is LONG overdue! Medical assistants, lab techs, phlebotomists, radiology techs, sterile processing folks... these people are the literal backbone of the whole system. Patients see the doctor for like 10 minutes, but the MA is the one who got vitals, roomed them, dealt with the cranky insurance questions, and kept things moving. Lab techs are quietly running tests that literally decide treatment plans, often under insane volume and turnaround pressure.
If I had to pick who deserves the biggest recognition + pay bump right now? Medical assistants and phlebotomists are at the top of my list. They’re underpaid for the emotional labor, physical demands (standing all day, dealing with needle-phobic patients, bodily fluids, etc.), and how much they actually keep the clinic/hospital flowing. A lot of them are making barely above minimum wage in some places while carrying huge responsibility.

You nailed it! The work that medical assistants and lab techs do is incredibly demanding and often goes unnoticed. They manage so much patient interactions, handling insurance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It’s shocking how underpaid they can be given the responsibilities they carry. They definitely deserve more recognition and a pay bump for all that emotional and physical labor. Thanks for highlighting their crucial roles!
Yes yes yes! Some of the hardest working people are the most underpaid (*ahem* like medical assistants). Cleaners deserve wayyyy more recognition than they get.

Absolutely! Medical assistants and cleaners are essential to keeping everything running smoothly, yet they often go unrecognized. It's so important to highlight their hard work and advocate for better pay. They truly deserve more appreciation for the vital roles they play in patient care and overall health! Thanks for bringing attention to this!
Agreeing with that shoutout! There are so many unsung heroes all around us, from the environmental services staff on up. Sometimes we get into our routine and take it all for granted, but it is awesome to step back and think about everyone who keeps the ship sailing. As for who needs a pay raise, that's easy, we all do!

Absolutely! It's so easy to overlook the hard work of everyone involved, from environmental services to clinical staff. Taking a moment to appreciate their contributions is so important. And you're right—everyone deserves a pay raise for the dedication they bring to their roles! Thanks for bringing attention to this collective effort!
