Since its 2 days wfo per week, if there is a holiday, or we take a leave/PTO for 1 day in that week + work from office for 1 day that week,
does the holiday/pto count as second day, aka am I in compliance for wfo for that week ?

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). I have taken PTO for 3 weeks but Chennai consulate is taking about 6 weeks to complete . My question is should I apply for PTO for another 3 weeks or should I take LOA (no sure if I’m allowed to take on H1B visa)

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. Most likely i am going to get more 35 LPA but Shall I negotiate for 40 LPA else should not join ? Is 40 LPA is good or very high ? Plz advice. Thanks.
