Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. So my unit (USAR) is doing in person Battle Assembly. Here's the crazy: Its a MUTA-8, so we all show up on Thursday at 0600. Half of us go to the range, half of us stay in the Reserve Center to do administrative tasks.
We flip that on Friday.

On Saturday, those that went to the range on Thursday come in, and they do virtual battle assembly on the Sunday. Flip that for those who went to the range on Friday.
Unit is in MD, I live in VA, range is in VA, and mo buses, so I cross the bridge 4x
