Going back to in-person learning has been quite a challenge. We have 4 in-person and 8 virtual. The 4 in-person have done as well as to be expected, however their behaviors have been less than desired. One is being considered for going back to virtual due to behaviors. It's next to impossible to expect them to keep masks on and when they do, they're usually nasty or wet. I have PPEs but things do happen in the spur of the moment and it's hard to stop and put on gloves and such.

Googling ADHD today (I’m having a distracted day) and super frustrated because I’m realizing that I was likely misdiagnosed as depressed for years. Anyone else having trouble finding free fraud based CPE trainings? My job does not pay for these things so I wasnt sure if anyone else had a solution or source. I need 4 more hours of fraud based CPE and havent found much on ACFE or AICPA that I can use. Ive joined a local CFE chapter but not much is going on with it.

So my unit (USAR) is doing in person Battle Assembly. Here's the crazy: Its a MUTA-8, so we all show up on Thursday at 0600. Half of us go to the range, half of us stay in the Reserve Center to do administrative tasks.
We flip that on Friday.

On Saturday, those that went to the range on Thursday come in, and they do virtual battle assembly on the Sunday. Flip that for those who went to the range on Friday.
Unit is in MD, I live in VA, range is in VA, and mo buses, so I cross the bridge 4x

So how do you balance it when you have a job leader and a unit commander who are both dicks about working with you to help balance the two commitments?
