Don't bring the light to your kid's daycare if you're squeamish. But seriously, there's theories about the prevalence of allergies in western societies and the western (read: US and Canadian) preoccupation with keeping things near antiseptic.
Yeah my sister used to bleach clean everything when her daughter was a baby. She is 13 now and has a bunch of autoimmune issues and allergies.
Just make sure your kids wash their hands with soap and water. We never use the antibacterial stuff other than we need to such as a restaurant. Like our pediatrician said, "they are going to get the colds one way or another" it sucks but it will make them stronger. My daughter gets sick but it goes away quickly now.
BTW never use the black light in a hotel room that will gross you out more
Makes the immune system stronger. First kid? By the third it's "uh... five second rule."
it's better not to know
What is black light?
