So, EXL keeps screwing its employees even after they have left.

I had put down my papers and had requested an early release. Had gotten approval from my VP, who had confirmed on the portal that any shortfall in notice period should not be recovered. Even the HR wanted the confirmation in writing on an email, which my VP had given.

2 months later, I get my FnF and there is a huge notice period recovery deduction on my FnF , depriving me of my ~2 lakhs of hard earned salary.

If I resign from EXL in mid of Dec 22. Will I still be getting the Annual Bonus (for 2022) which will be paid in March 23 and is some percentage of fixed CTC.
